Initial consultation

Once I receive your email/or referral I will email you back to arrange an initial consultation via Zoom. This is an opportunity to check a few things: if integrative talking therapy is suitable, if we would work well together, your availability, location, accessibility needs, and whether we would meet in person or online. 
 

The initial consultation and first session for adolescents will be with the parent.

I will then book the first session and send full instructions on how to access the nearest centre I work from or online therapy.

Deserted Road

In my experience clients utilise therapy differently at different times, for different challenges. My approach is to check with clients every 6 session and contemplate together how we will identify that it is time to end therapy and prepare accordingly, when it is.

Location
 

I work with clients from all over Europe online (Zoom).

I practice from counselling centres in central Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich
